REFUND POLICY

hairselections.com wants you to order with confidence. If any item that you order from us does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you may return it within 30 days after shipment from our location. Simply email buy@hairselections.com for an authorization number and return the item with original packaging tags attached and unopened along with a copy of the invoice for full store credit or exchange. Merchandise that appears to have been worn, used, and/or torn will not be exchanged nor will a store credit be issued.  Shipping charges and transaction fees accrued are not credited. We are not responsible for lost items through shipping. Additional charges to reshipped products may apply to large orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped through USPS, which takes on average 3 to 5 days to reach most destinations within the U.S.A. We currently do not offer over night services, but we hope to have that service available soon for your convenience. International orders may take up to a month to reach their destination depending on the remoteness of the local towns and the speed at which mail is processed once at the location.
